Dusty Rose Soft Jester Bloomers / Shorts

We reimagined Harley Quinn in our romantic fantasy and came up with this Soft Jester Bloomers, with ruching detail in stripes. It has an elastic hem and elastic waist. It sits at mid-waist level. All stripes and details are sewn in person, hence the slightly higher price :)

This fits sizes 0-2. We are trying to expand our size range!
