 Returns only apply to already designed items, not custom orders

• Items must be unused and without any visible damage
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of placing your order
• Once the return item is received by our studio, it may take up to 7 days to process your refund back to your original method of payment
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable
